Moving in to your new home

We are here to make the process of moving into your new home as straightforward and stress free as possible.

Here's a checklist of some of the things you will need to do:

Financial

When moving into your new home, we will help you to organise how to pay your rent, including completing your housing benefit application, if this is required.

We will also help you make arrangements to pay your bills and ensure that you are getting the best deal from your utility providers.

You will be given keys to your new home and asked to sign a tenancy agreement.

Check the condition of your new home

Before you move in, IHL will check the condition of your home and make sure this it is clean, tidy and newly decorated.
